“I am loving Hinge Health. It’s been helping a ton with PT for my bad hips! If you haven’t signed up for Hinge Health yet, you should! They send a phone stand, resistance bands if you need them, which is so great. I really like their visual tracking to make sure I am doing the exercises right. It’s helped so much — I am not in the severe pain I was in when I started and I even use the exercises when I’m not using the app.”

About Molson Coors
For more than two centuries, Molson Coors has brewed beverages that unite people to celebrate all of life’s moments. From their core power brands—Coors Light, Miller Lite, Coors Banquet, Molson Canadian, Carling, and Ožujsko—to their above-premium brands, including Madrí Excepcional, Staropramen, Blue Moon Belgian White, and Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy, to their economy and value brands like Miller High Life and Keystone Light, Molson Coors produces many beloved and iconic beers. While the company's history is rooted in beer, they offer a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle as well, including flavored beverages like Vizzy Hard Seltzer, spirits like Five Trail Whiskey, and non-alcoholic beverages. They also have partner brands, such as Simply Spiked, ZOA Energy, and Fever-Tree, through license, distribution, partnership, and joint venture agreements. As a business, their ambition is to be the first choice for their people, consumers, and customers, and their success depends on their ability to make their products available to meet a wide range of consumer segments and occasions.

The company's commitment to wellbeing is evident in its vision to educate, support, and empower employees so they can bring their whole selves to work while improving their overall health. Wellbeing is no longer seen as a nice-to-have but as a necessity, and Molson Coors has taken significant steps to ensure that its employees are supported in all aspects of their lives.
Harmony Lussier, Senior Director, Benefits for North America, has played a crucial role in shaping the company's approach to benefits and wellbeing since moving into the role nearly three years ago. With her leadership, passion and 20 plus years of HR experience, she saw an opportunity to enhance and amplify the collective impact of the company’s benefit and wellbeing programs. One question that guides every decision Harmony and her team make is, “are we doing the right thing for our employees and does this support our wellbeing vision?” Under her guidance and with support from leaders and other departments throughout the organization, Molson Coors has maintained a supportive and safe environment for its employees, reinforcing their commitment to the health and wellbeing of its workforce.
Molson Coors' workforce and benefits challenges
“Whether our employees are in a physically demanding job on the manufacturing floor, are out in the field visiting our retail accounts or even walking from building to building on our corporate campuses, we saw a need to provide a solution to make sure our employees could access the type of care they needed,” said Harmony.
Molson Coors provides onsite medical clinics at two of their locations in Milwaukee and Denver, making it easy for employees to access medical care when they need it most. However, they recognized the need for a complementary solution for all of their employees with a focus on MSK pain.
Harmony and her team recognized that when employees and their family members feel their best, they are at their best – at both work and home.
“When people suffer from MSK pain there can be myriad barriers to accessing the kind of care needed. It’s our job to offer solutions that offer best-in-class care – because as a company that prioritizes its people, when we invest in our people, we see positive results in return,” added Harmony.
Molson Coors' MSK benefits program implementation
When thinking about adding an MSK solution to the benefits portfolio, Molson Coors wanted a solution that would be a nice complement to their on-site medical clinics. It was also critical to identify something that would be easy and intuitive for employees to use so they could begin feeling better more quickly.
Molson Coors began its partnership with Hinge Health in September 2024. “The platform and technology is slick, but more importantly, the health coaches and physical therapists were knowledgeable and empathetic. Everyone was really helpful and kind, from demo to implementation,” said Harmony.
When tasked with communicating Hinge Health as a new benefit, the team decided on several strategies to specifically help their unique population.
Champions at Each Brewery: Over the last few years, Molson Coors has had wellness champions at each of their brewery locations. Supply chain leaders would share information they learned from the champions during town halls and team meetings to promote the benefits. When Hinge Health was introduced, they used this avenue to educate employees about the new benefit.
Leadership: The company's leadership team, including the chief HR officer, is highly engaged in promoting benefits. Many leaders actively use Hinge Health themselves, demonstrating a commitment to well-being initiatives. Harmony mentioned, “Our leadership team prioritizes the wellness of all employees, and Hinge Health directly supports that vision.”
Whole Selves Approach: The team keeps mental health and prevention at the forefront. They remind leaders and employees of the importance of health and wellness, and the benefits that go along with prioritizing the people who make up Molson Coors.
Additional Resources: Word-of-mouth testimonials have been one of the best resources for spreading the word about Hinge Health.
In just six months from its launch, Molson Coors has already noticed an increase in engagement. Harmony shared, “we have exceeded our goals for employee engagement— nearly 6% of our members are using Hinge Health in just the first six months. People are talking about it. I see employees in the hallway showing each other the app on their phone, someone told me they did their exercises in the airport while waiting for their plane and leaders are leaving notes on my door saying, ‘Hinge Health is awesome!’ It’s absolutely lifting morale across the organization, and I love that our leaders are engaged.”
Together, Molson Coors and Hinge Health are improving employee wellbeing. Here are some key results and self-reported outcomes from members from September 2024 to April 2025:
54% average pain reduction in the first 90 days
Nearly 60% improvement in emotional wellbeing.
Projected ROI 3.9x
8.8/10 member satisfaction
47% symptom reduction in women’s pelvic health program
81% of members achieved MCID (minimal clinically important difference) compared to 59% in traditional physical therapy.*

As Molson Coors remains committed to expanding its benefits and improving employee wellbeing, they are now extending their Hinge Health benefit to their Canadian employees. “Even though Hinge Health is new to Canada, we’re excited that our Canadian employees now have access to incredible exercise content that we believe will help them feel better too,” added Harmony.
Molson Coors' approach to ensuring that their decisions align to their core value of Putting People First is a testament to its fantastic culture. By addressing the unique challenges of its workforce and investing in innovative solutions, the company ensures that its employees are supported and engaged, ultimately contributing to a positive and healthy work environment.
