Today, we are excited to introduce Closed Captioning in all of our exercise videos. Closed Captioning allows our hard-of-hearing members to watch videos and helps them to focus on and remember information more easily.
Tying shoes, walking downstairs, entering a car, or simply carrying your grandchild – all these everyday activities become a purposeful affair if one suffers from musculoskeletal (MSK) pain. It affects people in different ways, but what’s common is that it can have a debilitating impact on the quality of life. That’s at the heart of why we are innovating to make MSK pain care more accessible to everyone.
Today, we are excited to introduce Closed Captioning in all of our exercise videos. We recently launched physical therapist-led guidance videos in our app experience to help our members feel more confident about the what, why, and how of each exercise. Closed Captioning allows our hard-of-hearing members to watch videos and helps them to focus on and remember information more easily. It will also benefit every member as they experience our videos in sound-sensitive environments.
As the most widely adopted digital MSK offering in America, we’re fortunate to serve members across the ability and DEI spectrum. More people are relying on digital products to manage their healthcare, and with 1 in 4 adults living with a disability in America, we aspire to make our solution work for everyone.
We’re always excited to share product updates with the Hinge Health community, so please stay tuned!
