Thank you for your interest in the Hinge Health Women’s Pelvic Health program! We have four dedicated pathways across different life stages and pelvic conditions.
Pregnancy and Postpartum: tailored to your week of pregnancy, addresses common musculoskeletal and pelvic symptoms associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period
Pelvic Relaxation and Control: treats pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, and other symptoms by focusing on pelvic muscle relaxation and control
Bladder Control: treats urge incontinence by combining exercise therapy and lifestyle changes for bladder control
Pelvic Strengthening: treats conditions such as urinary incontinence and prolapse by focusing on pelvic muscle strengthening

What are the differences between the pelvic health program and the program I'm enrolled in right now?
The app contains customized exercises that do not include sensors.
The program includes a specialized care team with a pelvic floor physical therapist and health coach trained in women's health. You can meet your pelvic floor physical therapist via video visits to personalize your care.
You’ll receive specialized education tailored to your pelvic condition and life stage.
The pregnancy and postpartum indication is centered around your gestational week with exercises to support 40 weeks of pregnancy and 12 weeks of postpartum
Can I continue working with my existing health coach?
If you switch to our women’s pelvic health program, you’ll work with a dedicated pelvic health coach.
How much does the program cost?
It’s free for eligible members. This includes access to your Hinge Health care team, the Hinge Health app, and all education materials that assist in your care.
What if I need support with pain in other areas such as knee, hip, or shoulder pain?
Your pelvic floor physical therapist can add exercises to your playlist to support you with pain in other areas of your body. You may discuss customization of your program with your PT during your video visit.
How do I sign up?

As we transition you into the new program, please be aware of the following items:
You may receive additional equipment as part of your new program.
Any equipment sent as part of your new program is specific to this program, and old hardware may not be compatible with your new program.
You will be unable to access your original program in your app and your previous progress will not carry over.
You may be assigned a new Hinge Health care team (health coach / physical therapist) to support you in the new program.
You will need to download the latest version of the app and log in again.
