Your First Week Streak

Congratulations on the steps you have taken so far on your journey with Hinge Health! You've already set yourself up for success by downloading your app and completing your first exercise therapy (ET) session. Now you may be wondering, “What’s next?”

This is where your First Week Streak comes in.

What's a First Week Streak?

You achieve your First Week Streak by completing three or more exercise therapy (ET) playlists within the next seven days:

  • Exercise Therapy (ET) Streak Playlist #1

  • Exercise Therapy (ET) Streak Playlist #2

  • Exercise Therapy (ET) Streak Playlist #3

As you work toward your streak, we encourage you to consider the following:

  • What is the best time and place for your ET sessions?

  • Are there any exercise modifications you want to discuss with your coach or PT?

  • Are there other questions or insights you want to share with your coach or PT?

What's a Playlist?

A playlist refers to the structure of what you'll complete in the app each day you log in. It includes:

  1. Six to 10 minutes of exercises and stretches

  2. A quick article read to learn about how to manage your pelvic pain and make healthy lifestyle changes

  3. An optional note to your coach about how you’re feeling to track your progress

While you're encouraged to try at least three playlists in the upcoming week, it's important to dose your exercise therapy in a way that works for you. Know that it is perfectly okay to do fewer repetitions of exercises or even skip an exercise altogether. (You can skip an exercise by pressing the pause button in the bottom right corner. You will then have the option to skip: see image below.)
