Online exercise therapy for every day pain management
Pain management shouldn’t be complicated. So we simplified it. Now you can get the care you need to manage your pain anywhere, anytime with Hinge Health.
What is Hinge Health?
Hinge Health is a digital clinic for joint and muscle pain. Our program is designed to help people experiencing pain get the relief they need so they can get their life back. And do more of the things they enjoy, every day.
What makes us different from other pain management programs such as traditional physical therapy is that our program is 100% digital. That means our members get their care through our app. By doing this, it’s much easier for them to get the relief they need.
Understanding pain management
Pain management helps people in pain get relief, while also helping the body get better and heal. It can also help to improve their quality of life.

Pain management at Hinge Health
At Hinge Health, our approach to pain management is built around getting people moving and keeping them moving – on their own terms. What sets us apart from a traditional pain management program is our focus on transforming the body so that it’s stronger. This allows us to try and address the root cause of pain or an injury and not just treat the symptoms.
We help our members do this with online exercise therapy that’s personalized to them. The best part is they can do it anywhere they're comfortable, like at home or gym, when it works for them.
All they need is our mobile app to get their pain management plan that’s centered around them. Plus, they have access to a licensed physical therapist to help them reach their pain relief goals. And a dedicated health coach to help them stay on track.

When you should see a healthcare provider about your pain
It can be hard to tell when you need to see a health care provider about your pain, especially if it’s chronic (pain that lasts longer than three months).
You may want to seek care from a health care provider if:
You have to take more medication than normal to get relief
It affects how your sleep or disrupts your daily activities
Your chronic pain gets worse with time
You experience any type of severe chest pain – get care immediately
Any new type of acute pain (type of onset pain that lasts less than three months) that limits your mobility or causes intense discomfort, such as broken leg or neck sprain
What getting pain relief on your own terms feels like
If you see something’s working, you keep wanting to do it.
