Dr. David Kennedy, MD
Professor and Chair
Department of PM&R at Vanderbilt University

At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dr. Kennedy leads the Department of PM&R with over 200 staff and close to 50 faculty. PM&R includes clinical, training and research programs, as well as oversight for academic and clinical programs at Vanderbilt Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital and the department’s presence at multiple off-site locations throughout the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Dr. Michael Fredericson, MD
Department of Orthopaedics at Stanford University

Dr. Fredericson is the first physician promoted to Professor of PM&R at Stanford University and is currently Director of PM&R Sports Medicine in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Principal Investigator in the Stanford Human Performance Lab and is spearheading the new Stanford Lifestyle Medicine initiative with the Stanford Longevity Center.

Greg Lehman, BKin, MSc, DC, MScPT
Clinical Educator

Greg Lehman is a physiotherapist, chiropractor and strength and conditioning specialist treating musculoskeletal disorders within a biopsychosocial model. He currently teaches two 2-day continuing education courses to health and fitness professionals throughout the world.
