We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join us in an executive position to build and lead our Customer Success function, covering both account management and implementation. The ideal candidate possesses customer success experience (in the healthcare space), and is at a point in their career where they are ready to grow into a national leadership position. As a Product Designer at Hinge Health, you will have meaningful ownership of core workflows across multiple product areas that will engage, empower, and delight our users.   • Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, lead generation, and/or event management
  • Ability to create and follow plans yet flexible enough to respond to change while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Tenacious & resourceful, with a roll-up your sleeve mentality to translate ideas into tangible outputs
  • Strong and efficient communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Organized: from your email inbox habits to your time management, to the information you juggle about people, teams, clients, and products
  • Desire to learn, grow and develop into a first-class startup executive, and mentor to future team members
  • Must be based in San Francisco
