How do I prepare for a visit?

If you haven’t already, complete the app-guided assessment to help your physical therapist prepare for the in-home visit.

Have your Hinge Health kit nearby with your sensors charged. Clear an area where your physical therapist can lay out a yoga mat if needed. There’s no need to tidy up before the visit—leave those dirty dishes in the sink!

Wear clothes that are comfortable to move in and allow easy access to any injured areas.

You can cancel or reschedule in the app or from the confirmation email. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your appointment.
