Microsoft’s App Center is scheduled for retirement on March 31, 2025. This means that members using a Lenovo M9 tablet should update their software to receive new program exercises and access the latest Hinge Health app features.

How long do I have to make this change?

Accepted Answer

You have until March 31, 2025 to switch to a device that supports app updates from Hinge Health and download our app. After this date, your app will no longer receive the latest Hinge Health updates.

Will Iose my app progress by switching devices?

Accepted Answer

No. Your account information, exercise history, and messages are protected and will be available when you sign into our app. Please remember to use the same username and password as before.

I have a personal device that supports new Hinge Health app updates. Can I use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you prefer to switch to a device that allows the latest Hinge Health app updates you can.

Your device should be compatible with iOS 15.1 or higher or Android 10 or higher.
