Why is this change happening?

Microsoft’s App Center is scheduled for retirement on March 31, 2025. This means that members using a Lenovo M8 tablet will no longer receive program updates such as new exercises and app features.

How long do I have to make this change?

You have until March 31, 2025 to switch to a device that supports app updates from Hinge Health and download our app. After this date, your app will no longer receive the latest Hinge Health updates.

Question 3

Will Iose my app progress by switching devices?

Accepted Answer

No. Your account information, exercise history, and messages are protected and will be available when you sign into our app. Please remember to use the same username and password as before.

How do I know if my personal device is compatible with Hinge Health?

Your device should be able to run on iOS 15.1 or above or
Android 10 or above.

I don’t have access to a compatible device. What should I do?

Don’t worry, we've got you covered. If you need a compatible device, we can send one upon your request. We estimate it should take about two weeks to receive your new tablet.*
