Click on the Groups icon
Tap explore to join Hinge Health Groups
If you don’t see the “Groups” icon, update your app to the latest version. You can contact your health coach or email the Hinge Health Groups team if you need help updating your app.
Types of Hinge Health Groups
Groups drive connections between members to deal with the highs and lows of pain. Group Guides offer thoughtful topics of conversation and guidance throughout the week to support individual communities.
"My Hinge Health Group"
The “My Hinge Health Group” is a small group of members on a similar journey to yours. Think of this as your home base Group. There will be weekly topics open to discussion and reflection.
We have theme-based groups on everything from weight loss to building healthy habits. And more groups are on the way! You can join or leave anytime, and most of the content is created by group members.
