We’re thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025 Hinge Health Movement Awards. VISIONARY AWARD

Winner: Southern Company Award Description: This award honors a visionary client who recognized the need for a digital MSK solution early on and has championed Hinge Health to enhance employee well-being. Achievements: Over their seven-year partnership with Hinge Health, Southern Company has remained an industry leader by being one of the first to launch the women’s pelvic health pathway and now, HingeSelect. Their ongoing support and collaboration have been instrumental in shaping our product and improving the lives of their employees.

MEMBER CHAMPION AWARD

Winner: United Airlines Award Description: This award honors a team that goes above and beyond to meet members where they are, demonstrating exceptional commitment to their health and well-being. Achievements: United Airlines has made an extraordinary effort to deploy a variety of channels, including communications, virtual events, and on-site wellness centers, to effectively reach and engage their members located around the globe. Their comprehensive approach has ensured that all members, regardless of location, have access to the resources they need to thrive.

TRANSFORMATION AWARD

Winner: Banner Health Award Description: This award recognizes a client whose dedication to health and wellness has delivered exceptional outcomes and meaningful ROI. Achievements: Through a completed claims analysis, Banner Health has proven they were able to achieve an impressive $835 in savings per member. Their commitment to the program has not only improved the health of their members but also demonstrated a significant return on investment.

RISING STAR AWARD

Winner: Molson Coors Award Description: This award honors a newer client whose early impact and strong alignment with Hinge Health’s mission position them as a rising industry leader. Achievements: Within just six months of launch, Molson Coors exceeded employee engagement goals, with nearly 6% of members using Hinge Health. Building on this success, they have expanded the program to their Canadian population, showcasing their dedication to employee well-being across borders.

INNOVATIVE PARTNERSHIP AWARD

Winner: Kentucky Employee Health Plan Award Description: This award celebrates a client whose creative collaboration with our Enrollment Marketing Team drove high member engagement and set a new standard for industry partnership. Achievements: The Kentucky Employee Health Plan has been at the forefront of testing out unique communication channels, such as hosting Hinge Health photo booths at their Wellness Fairs and partnering with us to develop a series of podcasts that drove 588 enrollments in 2024 alone. Their innovative approach has significantly enhanced member engagement and set a new benchmark for industry collaboration.

Achievements: Jackson Sarver has been a key advocate for Hinge Health, contributing through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and product feedback. His efforts have helped advance our mission and inspire other benefit leaders to prioritize their members' well-being.
