We’ve upgraded your in-app experience with motion insights-- the latest form feedback technology. It provides real-time form guidance during exercise therapy without the need for motion sensors.

Motion insights also supports your full-body and is not limited to one body part like motion sensors. We hope you see an improved experience by not having to use motion sensors for feedback during exercise therapy.

How do I set up my phone to use motion insights?

- Find a well-lit space where you have at least 5 to 7 feet to move.
- Set up your phone on the floor and place it upright. You can lean it against a wall, a prop, or place it on a phone stand.
- Step back until you see your entire body on screen (from head to toe).
- Now you are ready to use motion insights during your exercise therapy session.

How will Hinge Health protect my data?

Hinge Health will not upload or share any of your personal exercise therapy data from your mobile device that is used to provide real-time exercise guidance via motion insights.

I have feedback about motion insights, who can I talk to about it?

Your physical therapist or health coach can address any questions, comments, or concerns you have about motion insights. Just message them in app for support.
