Hinge Health Announces SOC-2, Type II Completion

Today, we’re excited to announce the successful completion of the Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II certification. This audit provides assurance to Hinge Health customers and participants that the company has designed and implemented effective processes, procedures and controls in accordance with the applicable Trust Services Principles and criteria set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

During the examination, an independent auditor evaluated and tested controls covering the following domains:

• Organization and management

• Communications

• Risk management

• Monitoring of controls

• Logical and physical access controls

• System operations

• Change management

As a HIPAA covered entity, we are committed to holding to the highest standards. This certification demonstrates our commitment and investment in larger compliance efforts to meet and exceed industry requirements.
