Once you’re enrolled, we’ll send you a kit that includes two wearable sensors and a tablet computer. The sensors guide you through a personalized routine of stretching and strengthening exercises. The exercises are based on expert recommendations, take as little as 45 minutes per week, and you can do them whenever and wherever you choose. Every activity is logged and every goal documented, so you'll be able to track your progress over time, aiming for ever higher goals.
We’ll also connect you with a personal health coach to guide you through the 12-week program and beyond. You’ll start with a one-on-one call, during which your coach will get to know you and your goals. Your coach will be in constant contact throughout the program, tailoring it to your needs, keeping you motivated, and ensuring you stay on track. And because healthy habits are necessary to ensure the pain doesn’t come back, Hinge Health will continue to provide support after the 12-week program ends.
