What You’ll Get
You don’t have to take time out of your day to visit a physical therapist or spend hours digging through confusing advice online. Instead, you receive all the care you need to get better through the Hinge Health tool kit*.
*Based on recommendations by American Orthopedic Association
Wearable motion sensors will guide you through the exercise therapy, providing real-time feedback and tracking your progress.
You will be matched with a dedicated Hinge Health coach to answer any questions and to provide one-on-one personalized support.
The program includes exercise therapy, interactive education, tools that teach mental strategies proven to tackle pain, and weight loss support (if needed).
How does the trial work?
We’ve been working hard on an improved version of our hugely successful joint pain program and are excited for you to try it out, beginning October 2018. There are a limited number of free trial seats available, but we’ll be accepting applications for program starts throughout October 2018.
As a Hinge Health tester, you’ll be getting the 12-week program for free (worth over $1,000 in value). We’ll be collecting feedback from you, mostly over emailed questions, but may include in-person visits, video chats, or phone calls.
If, at any point in the trial, you’d like to drop out, we will cancel your participation and remove you from the program, no questions asked. There are no hidden costs.
Who is eligible?
If you’ve experienced more than 6 weeks of pain and are at least 18 years old, you are eligible for this program.
You should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
To request early access to our trial launch, please enter your email address and click "Sign Up." We'll be in touch shortly with more details.
