You are able to schedule a house call if you:
→ Are new to Hinge Health
→ Live in the Chicagoland, New Jersey, Minneapolis, or Kansas City area
→ Have chronic pain
We will offer house calls to more employer groups and additional cities this year.

What happens during a house call?

During a house call, your Hinge Health physical therapist will learn about your chronic pain and personal goals, perform a comprehensive evaluation, fine-tune your exercise therapy plan, and make sure you’re set up for success on the Hinge Health app.

Question 3

What happens after a house call?

After your house call, continue with your newly fine-tuned exercise plan using your Hinge Health app. You’ll have 1-on-1 support from a health coach and dedicated physical therapist.

How long is the visit?

A house call is 45 minutes.

What languages do you support?

All physical therapists are fluent in English. We provide free interpretation services to anyone who wants it. If you’d like an interpreter to join your visit, please tell us when booking your appointment. Interpreters will join your house call visit over the phone.

What supplies will the physical therapist bring?

Accepted Answer

Your physical therapist will bring a backpack with all the essentials needed for a comprehensive exam like a reflex hammer and resistance bands. They’ll also have a yoga mat for any floor-based movement.
