Stretch Into Spring

Winter is snow laughing matter, so let’s stretch into Spring together with a new Group Challenge! This challenge will help you to work towards your flexibility goals while continuing to reach new levels with your playlists!

What’s the Challenge?

After completing a Playlist, you’ll challenge yourself to any amount of additional stretching that feels best for you. The more playlists you do, the more stretch time you’ll have. You choose what your stretching routine will look like - it’s all about giving yourself what you need most!

Examples of Challenge Goals:

  • 4 Playlists each week + 10 additional minutes of free flow stretching
  • 2 Playlists each week + 5 stretches from previous playlists
  • 5 Playlists each week + 5 minutes of stretching focused on a different muscle group each day

When is the Challenge?

The Group is live and runs through March 21st. Join today so we can stretch and grow together!

How do I join?

  1. From the Home page, Click on the “Groups” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. At the top of the page, you’ll see “My Groups” and “Explore” tabs. Click “Explore”.
  3. Locate the “Stretch into Spring” Group and click “JOIN GROUP” Pop a comment into the Group to let others know you’re there!

Tip: If you’re unable to locate the Group, please update the app, log out, and then log back in.
